Be Easy, Stay Safe Volume 2 is a collaborative project made by and for sex workers from across the United States. Jin Kwak curated and organized the entire zine and provided some written work for it. BESS Vol 2 features poems, short stories, and visual art from former and current sex workers about their experiences in the adult industry. Jin was a recipient of the Effing Foundation’s sex positive art grant in 2018, and with the funds they stipended all of the participants for their contributions. This zine is being distributed in various locations such as New York, Hawaii, California, Texas, and Australia, and it has reached workers in cities such as Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles and more. It can be found in the academic libraries of Brown University and Rutgers University.
